JCC Members Only
The JCC’s one-on-one Personal Training program will provide you with the motivation and direction you need to achieve your fitness goals! After an initial evaluation to establish your baseline health and fitness level, your program will be designed to meet your individual needs – whether that’s weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, or just general health and fitness.
 
Your personal trainer:
• designs a workout program specifically for you, regardless of experience
● demonstrates movements
● answers your questions
● monitors your progress
● adjusts your workout as your needs change and your abilities grow
• provides workout variety to help alleviate boredom, avoid plateaus, and prevent injury

First time training session specially priced at $99 for 3 sessions.
Fees per session:
• 1-4 sessions               $60/session
• 5-9 sessions               $55/session
• 10+ sessions              $50/session
* Session length and rates vary by trainer.
 
Small Group Training
A Personal Trainer at a lower cost!
Share the cost of a Personal Trainer with a friend or two. This unique approach combines the individual attention of a one-on-one session with the energy of a group to help you reach your goals faster! Affordable and fun, small group personal training minimizes the cost yet maximizes personal attention to form, technique, and alignment.
 
Cost per person 1 session 5 sessions                 10 sessions
 2 people          $38.50     $175 ($35/session)     $315 ($31.50/session)
 3 people          $33         $150 ($30/session)     $270 ($27/session)
 4 people          $28         $134 ($26.8/session)   $252 ($25.20/session)
