Get to know our former Creative Director of Habimah Arts Camps, Jennifer Cameron! 

Jenn Cameron’s professional life has been on a creative path that ranges from Theatre to Interior Design. She began her professional Theatre career performing throughout the country in Regional Theatre Productions, in such shows as, “Hairspray”, “CATS,” “42nd Street” and more. Upon moving to Baltimore from NYC, her goals changed and she hung up her professional dance shoes to focus on her family. During this time, she had the honor of being the Creative Director for Habimah Arts Camp at the JCC, Owings Mills.

She loved her time at the JCC which allowed her to teach dance and also organize, hire and plan the summer creative camp for young artists. She also taught adult tap at the JCC, giving adults who have never danced before or been on stage to obtain that love of dance that Jenn has. She simultaneously attended Interior Design School and completed her creative journey, with the launch of her full-service Interior Design Firm, Jenn Cameron Interiors. She soon realized that working with clients and selecting their design needs gave Jenn the same excitement that performing on stage offered her.  Whether it is a minor aesthetic update, or a full room transformation, Jenn believes in designing spaces that the clients will love and remain authentic to them. Jenn truly loves what she does now and has found the career that excites her the same way performing on the stage did. She has such wonderful memories from her time working at the JCC and it will always offer a special memory.
