Mind & Body
Mind & Body exercises use breathing, focus and simple movements to help to increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Exercises like Yoga and Tai Chi can also help to:
- Decrease pain and discomfort
- Decrease anxiety and enhance sleep
- Strengthen the immune system and enhance the ability to heal
- Increase sense of control and well-being
These classes are complementary with a JCC membership unless stated otherwise. Select classes are available to guests for a fee. Fee-based classes require pre-registration.
