We’ll help you to take off on your path to health and wellness with a training program that is personalized to your needs and abilities. As a new member, we start you off with two complimentary Welcome Workouts with a JCC Fitness Professional. They can help you design an initial workout program and set goals. When you’re ready to take things to the next level, we recommend hiring a personal trainer for multiple one-on-one or small group training sessions. With both one-on-one sessions and small group options, there are fun and affordable ways for everyone to achieve their health and wellness goals. And with the numerous, convenient amenities and trainers, you are guaranteed a safe, welcoming, and empowering experience.

One on One Training

Personal training is our flagship service, and this is where we shine. Choose personal training as a way to get started with an exercise routine, to help you achieve ambitious fitness goals, to rehab after an injury, to take you to the next level, or simply because you work hard and you want the best!

Partner Training

Partner training is the best way to get personalized attention from a trainer while working out with someone who has similar goals! The 2-on-1 dynamic is a great way to spend quality time together while getting a personalized workout for you and your partner’s fitness level.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training will provide an intimate environment in a small group setting (3-8 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level. Training in a small group is one of the most affordable and accessible ways to train at a high level with personalized professional instruction.

Private Yoga

While most of our yoga classes are included as part of our group fitness class schedule, you can also learn proper yoga postures and alignment in a safe and supportive environment from highly-trained and certified yoga instructors. Your sessions will be specific to your needs (e.g. beginner, pre and post-natal, yoga for athletes, chair yoga, etc.)
