Small Group Training

Adults (Age 18+)
An intimate environment in a small group setting (3-8 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level.

We invite you to join our community if you’re ready to have fun, work hard, meet new people, and embrace your inner athlete.

Training in a small group is one of the most affordable and accessible ways to train at a high level with personalized professional instruction. You will still benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members.

The JCC employs men and women with a variety of backgrounds at both locations. To help find the right fit for you, call our Personal Training Supervisors and learn more about our trainers.
