Dear JCC Members and Friends,
We are excited to welcome you back to the J and look forward to expanding our hours of operations as we follow the State, County and City's directions. We are putting the necessary safeguards in place to make this a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for your patience and support over these past few months. We could not have done this without you.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions and visitor limitations, we are not allowing any guests at this time.

Please continue to visit this page for updates.

  • Effective July 31st, the new State of Maryland guideline states that masks are required both indoors and outdoors for all children age 6 and above unless they have a medical condition, are eating, drinking, swimming, or when a physical activity would cause a safety risk in the heat.
  • Masks must be worn indoors at all times on our campus, except when actively engaging in vigorous exercise - as per rules set up by the Baltimore County and City Health Departments.

Masks must cover your nostrils and your mouth and must be worn at these locations:

  • Outdoors near our Check-In tents and while moving around our grounds at the Aquatics Park, including to/from Outdoor Group Fitness, Tennis, Lap Swimming and Family Pool time.
  • Indoors when walking through our buildings,  in the Fitness Center when walking around, before and after a Group Fitness class.

Effective immediately, a new out-of-state travel policy will become part of the JCC’s current health screening process. The new policy requires the following: Any member who has traveled to a state identified as having a positivity rate higher than 10% and identified as a “hot spot” by the State of Maryland should quarantine and may not visit either the Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC or the Weinberg Park Heights JCC until 14 days after their return. This includes coming to the JCC for indoor or outdoor fitness, indoor or outdoor group fitness classes, and lap swimming or to swim in the family pool.  At this time, those states include Florida, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Arizona, Virginia, Alabama, South Carolina, Nebraska and Idaho.  A list of state COVID-19 test positivity rates can be found at
