Help us give a warm welcome to Antonius Reterink, our new Welcome Desk Supervisor at the Rosenbloom Owings Mills J! Antonius worked at the JCC in San Francisco for nine years, most recently as the assistant customer service manager. He is thrilled to be continuing his JCC career journey here in Baltimore.

Antonius truly values what the JCC provides to the community.  He says that it is a place where people of all backgrounds can come together. It is a common hub where you are not split up by your differences, but brought together by your shared interests. For him, the J symbolizes the inclusiveness of a whole community coming together. On a daily basis, Antonius greets customers and members who visit the J for the wide variety of programs. He gets to be in the front seat to meet people and to know what’s important to them.

In his spare time, Antonius enjoys listening to music and reading. He is an avid golfer and hopes to find more time to golf in the future. Antonius loves Japanese food, which he cooks at home since it’s difficult to find kosher, and is the owner of three precious dachshunds.
