Our youngest players will learn how to swing their kid-sized racquets through fun skill building games that are taught using the QuickStart format of smaller courts and low compression balls. By the time your child advances to Junior and Pre-Teen Tennis, they will be playing games and keeping score, while also enhancing their talents with engaging skills and drills. Programs include Munchkin (Ages 3-5), Pee Wee (Ages 5-7), and Junior (Ages 7-9).
Whether you are starting as a beginner or moving into intermediate and more competitive skill levels, we provide options for teens ages 10 and up. Our most advanced players will compete in singles and doubles matches while learning exercises to enhance their play. Students can improve movement, athletic performance, or perfect baseline strokes and play competitive games to enhance match skills.
Improve your overall athletic performance by strengthening your core, legs, arms, and more. We’ll even integrate lots of great heart pumping drills to enhance your cardio stamina, so you can be better equipped to safely succeed. Programs include beginner skills classes and a drills clinic to improve movement on the tennis court or athletic performance in general.
Note: Every tennis student must bring a racket to class. You may purchase a racquet directly from Adam.
